LOS ANGELES GREEK FILM FESTIVAL - CELEBRATE THE OPENING OF LAGFF 2015!

OPENING NIGHT: LITTLE ENGLAND         LAGFF kicks off Wednesday, June 3 with the award-winning period dramaLITTLE ENGLAND. Four summer days and nights of film screenings and special events will ensue. The festival closes on Sunday, June 7 withXENIA, the Orpheus Awards, and our annual Closing Night Dinner Reception and After Party. WINE TASTING  AT THE OPENING NIGHT CEREMONY    Domaine Porto Carras, Lantides Estate, Old World Vines and Wines of Naoussa will present a tasting of 19 of the best, internationally-awarded wines of Greece including Porto Carras' Limnio variety, the most ancient ever recorded, believed to be Plato's, Aristotle's and Homer's wine.

LAGFF WELCOMES THE NEW MEMBERS  OF THE ADVISORY BOARD     NICK CASAVETTES and KELLY VLAHAKIS-HANKS join our Advisory Board. The Vlahakis Family have been ardent supporters of LAGFF since its very beginnings. Kelly Vlahakis-Hanks will present the inaugural Van Vlahakis Award to the most innovative filmmaker of LAGFF 2015.
