Until June 26 Paquita is on stage, the choreographic creation of Pierre Lacotte that brings the ballet pantomime to the stage. In the first act, in fact, the dance gives way to a long sequence almost entirely mimicked, in which gestures replace words.
The listening of enemies, the exchange of glasses, the escape through the chimney: each action, choreographed with precision, returns the charm of a danced narrative that made such history.
Martina Arduino and Timofej Andrijashenko play alternately with the other two leading couples the roles of Paquita and Lucien d’Hervilly, on the music of Ludwig Minkus and Edmé Deldevez.
