Classical Greek Tutoring

 The Belfast Summer School in Latin and Classical Greek will take place online from Monday 5th July until Friday 16th July 2021.

Each course is two weeks in duration but students may attend for one week only (5th-9th July). The fee for one week is £70, two weeks £130. Class times are 1-2pm and 3-4pm (UK local time, UTC+1) and students can register for one of the following courses:

Beginners Latin

Lower Intermediate Latin

Upper Intermediate Latin

Advanced Latin

Beginners Classical Greek

Lower Intermediate Classical Greek

Upper Intermediate Classical Greek

Advanced Classical Greek

In addition to language classes, there will be a number of optional talks and workshops. So far, the following speakers have been confirmed.

Dr Charlie Kerrigan (Trinity College Dublin): Medieval Latin

Dr Eilidh MacLeod: Ancient Greek pronunciation

Rebecca Samuels (Open University): Roman graffiti

Georgina Homer (Coventry University): Euripides' Unstaged Princess
